In order for Westwood to be a safe environments for all age groups, we ask that all volunteers complete a Child Protection First Packet.

Complete the online application form for volunteers.

Pick up a DHR form from the Information Desk. Complete the form and return it to the Information Desk or mail it to the Ministry Center.
